Corporate Shamanic Workshop  

My aim  is to connect  people to Spirit...to allow them to hone into the Divinity that exists in everything.  Once there is this deep understanding of how Spirit works, and how it permeates us and everything that we can feel, see and touch ... then there is an effort amongst everyone to work more compassionately... to move through life being more protective of our natural resources... to having  more compassion towards our own kind.  A lot can be “fixed” in the world if we connect to Spirit.  

But getting away from “speaking with dove eyes”,  we live in a very physical world ... people need to understand the benefits of what they will experience in a workshop...in  other words,  what is in it for them?  What will they walk away with at the end?

Let’s take  Albert Einstein.   Albert Einstein  is one of the most brilliant minds of the 20th Century.... and maybe I am overstating that because I really don’t know for sure if he is considered the most brilliant mind of the 20th century...but we all know he was a genius.  He knew that if he just completely blanked his mind and just allowed things to come,  that those “things” that “came” were very powerful.  Basically,  he might have not said it in so many words but he was accessing Pure Energy....a place in the universe that we can call Universal Consciousness.  Everything that is possible or everything that is imaginable ...comes from there.  So he accessed tremendous creativity.  The best way for an inventor or scientist to go about his work is not to look and deduct but to deduct and then find proof of what he deducted.  First you theorize based on what you think is possible and then you go back and prove it... or create it.  

So Infinite Creativity...accessing Infinite Creativity.  How can we do that?  We can do it through Journeying. So if you are a company that needs your employees to be thinking out of the box, to come up with imaginative, resourceful and creative solutions to problems...journeying is a good way to do it.  If it was good enough for Albert Einstein, it is good enough for us!  

Keep in mind that Einstein was a little more evolved and practiced doing this but more importantly he trusted what came to him.  He trusted the process.  He would lie down and take a nap or he sat down and blanked his mind and trusted that something higher would enter.  The question is how do we get ordinary everyday people like ourselves to have the same confidence...to have the real belief and faith within ourselves  to have access to the same divine energy... the information that comes from Universal Consciousness.  

It happens over the course of journeying.  You start out with one journey,  then a second and then a third journey...by the time you are on the fourth and fifth,  something starts happen.  You stop thinking with your root chakra, you stop thinking with your sacral or your solar chakra, and  you start thinking with your heart.  You start to intuit through your heart...you start to connect to something higher.  And then you start to work with the upper parts of your body...with your heart, your throat chakra, your crown chakra, your third eye...and then you bring in the information that is higher.  The information that is guided.  

Now why is guided information important?    When  something is sanctioned or approved by Spirit ... when Spirit is behind it,  you have everything you need. Everything happens with ease. There are no obstacles...because all obstacles are taken away. When you start to harmonize with Spirit,  it’s a beautiful thing to experience.  When you are not, there is one obstacle after another.   Things don’t happen easily.  But when you align with Spirit, things  just happen for you.   There is a lot done from the other side...the Invisible works for you...on your side, and that is huge.  

So going back,  we have Infinite Creativity...in thinking  of new products, creativity in Problem Solving, and creativity in leadership.  What else can we do with Shamanic Journeying in the work place?  One important aspect...one of the most wasted resources is human resource...people.  So much happens within an organization where people are not working together...so much spinning and a lot of thinking of oneself and imagination.  People start withholding important information from each other and it starts to really hurt the company...it stops the natural flow..it’s not organic and people are out for their own self interest.  

The first step is to encourage Team Work.  Starting from the top...who are the people at the top?  Have them define the Soul of the company.  What is this company all about?  What is the Mission  of the company?  What does it stand for? Then communicate this in a way that all the employees that work for the company understand that they are working towards this higher aim.  That it’s not just filling out forms or just punching in information into a computer..but that every single thing that every single person does is a vital aspect of the company.  They know what the aim of the company is and that when they are punching information into the computer, they are contributing towards this higher aim and feeling involved in that way.

Now let’s talk about what Western Philosophy calls body types and in the Shamanic language is called Power Animals.  We can’t expect a Turtle to do the same task as an Elephant or a Snake can do.  They all three can’t do the same task well...each one has, because of their personalities and the way they think, move and express themselves, different skills and abilities to bring to the team.  When the team has the opportunity to observe this ...judgement falls away because people are no longer saying, “Joe is so slow and takes forever to accomplish certain tasks.”  So Joe doesn’t move fast or is not quick or witty or charming or not the best sales person.  But Joe is really amazing with numbers and can guide the company to achieving higher profits.  In Western Philosophy,  Joe might be considered a Lunar body type... that is very similar to a Turtle.   Then there is the Mercurial body type which is quick and charismatic.  The Mercurial is not going to do numbers very well,  they are not going to be able to sit for long but they can sell you anything.  They are great sales people.  So we need to honor every person where they are.  We can’t ask John the Kangaroo to sit down and crush all these numbers for management when it really should be Joe the Turtle.  Then if we need someone to come in and break some barriers,  we need to call in the Elephant or the Martial body type.   Teamwork is not only about learning how to work together and to bond with each other but also to learn how to honor each other and learn what are our strengths and weaknesses ... and working with this information.  

For example,  a task might come up and immediately the team will know who is best at this task.  The person will joyfully walk away with that task because that is who they are.  There is nothing worse than to ask an employee to do a task that they hate to do and they are just not good at doing.  Knowing who your people are and how to work at our maximum capacity, working efficiently and with open communication.  

I once worked for a company that felt that vicious competition between individuals was healthy .... it’s not!   So much of the companies resources were wasted.  Everyone was withholding what they had because they thought it would give them an edge.  So, it’s important to be very, very clear and watchful that people in the upper hierarchy of a company are confident leaders.  That they are not creating division among the ranks. 

The next benefit of Shamanic Journeying is creating great Leadership skills.  Getting upper management to recognize who everyone is that works for them.  Participating in the first part of defining the Soul and Aim of the company and facilitating the Teamwork workshops enable them to see with their own eyes who is who and solidifies for every employee that they are part of the greater aim.  

Another benefit of journeying is helping people get in touch with their essence.  The journeying for me, when I experienced it in a prolonged workshop,  proved to be the fastest way to reach Essence.   Being in essence you are able to  get rid of all the crap that no longer serves you...meaning you really are truly the personalities that you were born as.  True personality has very little negativity.  So there is a child like openness and this willingness to work together that happens as if by magic through what is referred to as Journeying.

Mission statements should be changed to "Dream" Statements...  since what we are trying to manifest in our lives, both personally and professionally, are a vision of how we can make a difference in the world.  How can we inspire?  How can we do bring joy or fulfillment to others?  How is what we do contributing to the greater good?  How can we do this in such a way as to awaken us in the NOW?  When someone experiences our product and services,  can they say it was a memorable experience?  

  Shapeshifting Workshops

What is shapeshifting?  

Shape shifting is the ability to use our dreams, both the sleeping and waking dream, to manifest results in our lives.  The same way that a shaman is able to shape shift into a jaguar,  he must know the jaguar completely,  how it moves, how it thinks, how it breathes...in order to become the jaguar.  If we want to co-create in this world,  we need to be able to visualize the results we want in this way.    In order to change the Dream, we need to change the Dreamers, both in the waking states and in their dream states. 

Through journeying we are able to help you define your dream, but from a deep subconscious level.  If you are not sure,  journeying can help you figure out your purpose and how to get there.  We can further explore your barriers and what is preventing you from accomplishing your dreams.  Then we can break these barriers through journeying and through ceremony.  

Shapeshifting workshops are great for corporations as well as young adults that are starting out and need guidance.  Teenagers sometimes are lost and don't have the intuitive skills to know who they are and what their purpose is.  It's so important to teach our children to go within for their answers.  We are our own best guides, if we only know how to journey to our inner selves and access this higher wisdom.
